For all individuals and organizations that support dance and the improvement of dance artists' status in Canada.
Direct Benefits of Joining CADA/East as an Associate Member:
The true value behind the program is more symbolic, such that each Associate Membership is an indication of support for self-employed artists, and a belief in and dedication to upholding the standards that CADA/East has set and advocated for since 1986. The more Associate Members we have, the stronger our community becomes in talking openly about our needs and taking care of those needs in a sensitively responsive way.



Already a cADA/EAST MEMBER and want to renew?

Log in with your email and password (right corner of this webpage). There will be a small pop-up in the bottom right corner of the screen with a link that says "Membership Renewal Overdue". Click on it, and it will take you to your member profile. Click "renew until June 1st, 2026".

Membership renewals are still open for the 2025/2026 membership year.


Please note the following

  • Professional Artist Memberships must also send an updated resume to cadaeast.membership@gmail.com for a successful membership application. Applications without an emailed bio or resume will not be approved.  
  • CADA/East dues include a joint membership with Canadian Dance Assembly. Do not pay CDA directly.
  • You will receive a membership package within the month you have joined or renewed. The 2025-2026 Membership Package includes a digital membership card and welcome letter, as well as a letter from the Canadian Dance Assembly.
  • CADA/East reserves the right to deny membership at its discretion to any applicant.
